How do I store my cake?

I recommend storing your cake in the fridge until 1-2 hours before your event. It is best to allow your cake to come to room temperature before eating it.

 

Do you deliver?

Unfortunately, I don’t offer delivery. Once a cake has been picked up, I am not responsible for any potential damage.

All wedding cakes MUST be delivered though. The delivery fee for wedding cakes will vary based on location.

 

 

How far in advance do I need to book my order?

Due to my very busy schedule, it is best to place your order 2 weeks in advance. I will accept a cake order 5 days from the event at the latest. I am no longer accepting last-minute orders.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Alterations can be made up to 5 days prior to your pick up date.

 

When do I pay for my cake?

The first payment will be for your 50% down payment. I require 50% of the total balance to book your order (no refunds). The total balance must be paid in full the day of pick up. Once the 2nd payment is made, I will not give a refund. Refunds will only be given if I cancel an order.

 

Do you use fondant?

DO NOT make fondant cakes. I only use some fondant for decorations. Please see my menu page for a great fondant cake bakery recommendation.

Are the flowers edible?

No, the flowers I use are not edible & they should be removed prior to eating your cake.
